Low Cost Laboratory Testing Now Available

The Health Department is now offering low-cost laboratory testing with blood draw services utilizing Quest Laboratory.

• Ask your physician to have your labs drawn at the Health Department
• A physician’s order is required for most tests
• Orders must be received and reviewed by Health Department staff prior to scheduling
• Orders may be faxed to 217-824-5407
• Appointments are required, call 217-824-4113 to schedule

Payment Information:

• Cash-pay only (discounted lab rates, some as low as $20)
• Payment required at the time of service
• Services cannot be billed to insurance
• Receipts are available for possible insurance reimbursement
