A food establishment that operates for a period of time not more than 14 consecutive days in conjunction with a single event or celebration.
FAQ for a temporary food permit
- The event is no longer than 14 days.
- Your temporary establishment must stay at the same location. If you change locations you will need another permit.
- The event stays the same for the duration. If the event changes you will need another permit.
- You are offering food and/or drink to the public.
- All food must be prepared on site.
